One fear has shown up often during my work with women throughout the past decade. It's a very common fear that even some men are challenged with in entrepreneurship.

Can you guess what it is? Maybe you're struggling with it in some way.

It's the fear of being seen. It can be scary to put ourselves out there for judgment and criticism. But one thing I know for sure is if people don't have an opportunity to see you they can never get to know, like, and trust you.

To move beyond this fear you must decide to just take action. If you're afraid of hosting a webinar – set the date and host one as soon as possible. If you're afraid of doing a livestream – just hit the button and go live right now!

You can do it! Stand up in your truth and share with the world who you are and how you can help.
