Are you stuck trying to figure out what to include in your high-end coaching package? Want the recipe that allows you to save time and generate income without all the overwhelm?

High-end coaching packages are the perfect way to work with clients who have a much higher abundance mentality, give your clients more of YOU, and reach your income goals much faster.

“Yeah, yeah”, you’re probably saying to yourself. The most burning question you’re probably asking is, “what should I include in my high-end coaching packages?” Most of the confusion comes in when you’re questioning things like:

  • How can I charge “that much” for my services?
  • Am I going to be able to offer enough value?
  • What can I do to make my programs irresistible?

Let’s take away some of the confusion, shall we?

In this article, I will share six essential ingredients your high-end coaching packages should have to ensure your clients' results and success.

Here are the six ingredients:

1.   A Sufficient Timeline

2.   Milestones

3.   Logistical Process

4.   Adequate Pricing

5.   A Clear Name

6.   Support Structures

On the first ingredient …

#1. SUFFICIENT TIMELINE

The question always comes up, how long should my program be? Two things will help you answer this question, 1) knowing your ideal clients – their challenges, 2) the length of time it takes to get your clients from challenge to success/results.

You can consider; full-day intensives, 12 weeks, 6 months, or even a year depending on what problem or challenge you’re helping your clients overcome.

#2. MILESTONES

Decide on the major milestones your clients will accomplish in your program. Think about what your client has to learn, and what actions they’ll take, in order to complete each milestone. This is creating a proprietary system to help your clients move through the transition and transformation with you.

Most importantly, this system is going to allow you to create the same transformation from client to client and achieve consistent results, which will lead to testimonials and referrals alike.

#3. LOGISTICAL PROCESS

Once you have created your milestones, you can continue to flush out your program step by step by creating your modules or steps in sequential order. This is the foundation of your coaching package. By the end of the program, your client will have made the transition from challenge to success and achieve the results they desire.

In the logistical process, you also want to decide on how many coaching sessions you want to provide and how long each session will last. For example, 45-minute sessions, 3 sessions per month (depending on the length of your program). I recommend you set your coaching session time to no longer than 50 minutes and stick to it religiously.

You can set your program to include 1:1 coaching sessions or group coaching with 1:1 coaching sessions (a hybrid).

#4. ADEQUATE PRICING

Pricing packages can be a challenge. You may feel some resistance to pricing your services “high.” If so, then you have not yet realized the true value of your time and expertise.

It’s important to recognize that you are offering transformational services to someone over a period of time. This transformational service may end up rejuvenating and changing the client’s life in profound ways.

The number one question to ask yourself when pricing your services is:

What is the transformation I am going to provide my clients with worth?

Think about:

●      How much healthier is your client going to be?

●      What will their relationships be like?

●      How much better will they feel?

Many of these outcomes are truly priceless. So, forget about charging for TIME. From now on you are charging for RESULTS.

#5. A CLEAR NAME

Naming your program can be another sticky area, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The main thing you want to focus on when naming your program is clarity. The name should clearly define your objectives and promise.

From a branding perspective, naming your program can be very powerful and will allow your clients to identify your program with your brand and marketing message.

Here’s where it gets easier for you if you’re stuck in this area, naming your program is NOT necessary in order to launch it. You could move forward with a 90-day VIP Mentorship Program without a specific name. For example, 90-day VIP Mentorship Program is sufficient to start.

#6. SUPPORT STRUCTURES

Be sure to include the proper support structures to give your clients a smooth onboarding process and provide efficient operations for you.

Things that should be included:

  • A Welcome Package for your Clients to prepare them for their time with you. This packet will aid in collecting important information from your client and provide them with some initial exercises and tips to get their Coaching program off to a great start.   • Client Agreement. Consider working with an attorney to draft up your client agreement. You will want to have an agreement in place that protects you and your clients during your Coaching relationship. Your agreement should list your coaching program length, start date, payment terms, and payment method, as well as what you are going to provide the client within your program. You should also have an electronic signing system that allows your clients to e-sign and return the agreement to you with ease.
  • A Payment System. You can use Stripe to take payments. It allows you to run your client’s credit card when payment is due and puts you in the driver’s seat. I do not recommend invoicing clients as you will find yourself chasing clients and waiting to be paid.
  • Online Scheduling System. To schedule clients, I recommend Acuity Scheduling system. This tool offers a variety of features and syncs with Google Calendar for added efficiency. Clients can access your calendar, you can make certain time slots available, and reminders are sent automatically.

These are just a few of the systems I recommend. There are many different options available, choose the ones that best fit your needs.
